About ETV Rete 7
ETV Rete 7 serves as a vital platform for the global Italian community and offers a rich tapestry of programming that spans a wide range of interests, including insightful documentaries, current affairs, and news
ÈTV Rete7 is the local broadcaster of Bologna now available in live streaming. Taken over by the Bolognese PCI in 1983, ÈTV Rete7 became the property of the cooperative movement in 1985, immediately centering its programming on local information with two daily editions of the news, which has been flanked over the years by various documentaries and films, as well as sections entirely dedicated to the Festival dell'Unità.
ÈTV Rete7 has always devoted a large part of the program to sports information, in particular, the Il Pallone Gonflato program is considered a cult broadcast for all Bolognese; the basketball competitions of the Emilia and Romagna teams are also very popular, as well as the various quality programs acquired by Rai (such as I Racconti Italiani and Hai Visto Mai). Since the 1990s, telenovelas have also become part of the IS TV Rete7 program.
The broadcaster also has important records in terms of audience ratings, particularly in the 1990s, the Zona Franca program broadcast by Funari made ÈTV Rete7 one of the most popular local broadcasters for the quality of the programs offered. Today the schedule has moved towards a decidedly more Catholic address, incorporating the TV2000 programs owned by the Italian Episcopal Conference into the programming.
